The other day, the marketing team went to IKEA to get some supplies to refresh our tour lounges. We really did need the supplies, but I secretly think we were going just for the cup o’ meatballs for $1. You can’t beat their little café at the checkout area.
Anyway, while we were meandering around the self-serve area, Jeremy, one of our Sales Managers, noticed a gentleman in full riding attire. He tried to snap a picture of him, but he got away (on his invisible horse). I included some pictures below, so you can get an idea of his outfit. It really seemed like he tethered his horse outside and last minute decided to do a spot of shopping. This makes sense to me if you’re running into the supermarket, but not shopping for furniture. It was also kind of odd to us to see a gentleman in this particular outfit (and I come from NYC where you see everything!)
He didn’t really have the crop, but how awesome would that have been!
